Circli introduces a free plan so any organizer can add AI matchmaking to their event
The Mendoza-based platform, which has already powered Sitevinitech 2026 —a trade fair with around 10,000 attendees, according to its organizer—, a Government of Mendoza summit and software hackathons, lets organizers create an event at no cost, with no app for attendees to download.
MENDOZA, Argentina, October 4, 2026 — Circli, an Argentine events and communities platform based in Mendoza, has introduced its free plan, available since September, so any organizer in the country can create their event on their own: the public page with email registration, QR tickets and a portal for guests with the agenda, the attendee directory and artificial-intelligence suggestions on who is worth talking to, with the reason explained. AI matchmaking is included for events of up to 100 attendees. Attendees get in from their phone browser, without downloading any app or remembering a password.
The problem the company tackles is familiar to anyone who has attended a large event: hundreds of talks in parallel rooms, thousands of people in the hallway, and the feeling of going home without having met any of the people you came for. On top of that sits a practical barrier: many platforms ask attendees to install an app, even for a two-day event.
“Artificial intelligence doesn’t replace the hallway: it organizes it. Face-to-face is still the heart of a conference. What changes is that it stops depending on chance,” the Circli team said.
From pilot to platform
The platform first ran at scale in May, as technology partner of Sitevinitech 2026, a trade fair its organizer reports at around 10,000 attendees, with more than 100 exhibitors and no app downloads. In August it was the official technology partner of Mendoza Coopera 2026, the summit of the Government of Mendoza’s Directorate of Entrepreneurs and Cooperatives, where AI matchmaking, one-to-one meetings and live questions all ran on the same day. It has also powered corporate and private events whose organizers prefer not to be named.
Between May and October, the team turned that pilot into a platform: it added communities so the conversation continues after the event, its own phone-notification engine with no cost per message, sign-in with email or Google and, in September, the free plan. On October 20 it will be the technology partner of Oficios Tech Day, at the Nave Cultural in Mendoza.
“We want an Argentine company to lead in the field of human connection. We build the product ourselves, in Mendoza, designed around how events are lived in the region: phone in hand and no wish to install anything,” the company added.
Part of Mendoza’s tech ecosystem
Circli has been a member of Polo TIC Mendoza since July 2026 and is an ally of the Cuyo Connect software community, with which it supported two hackathons in the province. For them it built tools to form teams by role, submit projects and let the jury score from the phone.
With the free plan, organizers in any province set up and manage their event at circli.app on their own, with basic support by chat or email. For trade fairs, conferences and corporate events, Circli also offers a team-supported option: an assigned member of the team, assisted setup, support before and during the event, and a final report. Depending on the agreed scope, the team can also configure and operate the platform remotely.
On-site services, such as running operations at the venue or check-in with badge printers, are arranged according to venue, date and availability.
