Import an event you already published on a compatible platform
Paste the public link of your event and Circli pulls in the name, date, venue and description. Moving is not starting over.
And bring your guest list too
Upload the CSV you exported from the other platform exactly as it comes: we recognise its columns, and a Spanish spreadsheet’s too. Nobody gets an email until you decide.

Other tools give you the page and the form. Circli also gives you the portal.
On the day, a page with a list of registrants helps nobody meet anybody. Circli's portal does: every guest sees the agenda, the directory of who is there and the people the AI suggests they meet, with the reason. On the web, nothing to install. In the free plan, the AI suggestions are included for events of up to 100 attendees.

What is Circli?
An AI-powered event platform that runs on the web: QR registration, agenda, networking, exhibitors and sponsors, with no app for attendees to download. Built in Mendoza, Argentina.
Do attendees need to install anything?
No. They open the event link or QR, sign in with their email or Google, and land in the portal with their agenda and profile.
What does Circli's AI do?
It suggests who each attendee could talk to and why (AI matchmaking) and, at conferences with many parallel talks, plans their day (AI agenda). The AI suggests; the person decides.
How much does it cost?
The Free plan is free forever for up to 400 attendees: you set up and manage your event yourself, with basic support via chat or email. We also offer a team-supported option. Contact us about Standard, Pro and Enterprise.
Does it work for large trade fairs and conferences?
Yes: it's the format it was designed for. QR check-in at scale, exhibitor directory with lead capture, sponsors, venue plan and AI networking.

Is AI matchmaking included in the free plan?
Yes, for events of up to 100 attendees: if the event goes over that number, matchmaking pauses for the whole event. On paid plans it runs without that limit. The AI agenda comes with the Pro and Enterprise plans.
Do you have measured results from a real event?
Yes: at Mendoza Coopera 2026, 49% of the one-to-one conversations started on the platform began with an AI suggestion (Circli data). And Sitevinitech 2026, a trade fair its organizer reports drew about 10,000 attendees, ran with more than 100 exhibitors and no app downloads.
