Every registrant gets a QR ticket by email. At the door, your team scans it from a phone or a laptop, sees the name and confirms the entry; anyone without it is found by name on the list. You follow the check-in count live.
When they register, each person gets a QR ticket by email. Once you open the event portal, they have their QR there too, next to their agenda: they sign in with their email or Google, with nothing to download and no password to make up. If they lost the email, they request the link again with their address.
If you sold tickets through a ticketing provider, you import the list as it comes. Each person on the list has their QR as soon as they enter the portal with their email; if someone arrives without having opened it, your team finds them by name and checks them in all the same.
The door scanner is a web page: it opens on the phone or laptop of whoever is on the door, with a team login that only checks people in. Nobody installs anything. Each entry is recorded when the team confirms it; in express mode, on scan.
From the dashboard you see how many are in and how many are still to come, as it happens. At closing you export the attendee list with its «Checked in» column for your internal report or to plan next year’s edition.
For events with printed badges, we first validate the attendee list and the QR format from your ticketing provider; with a compatible format, each person’s label prints at the check-in desk when the QR on their ticket is scanned, from a laptop with a label printer. The Circli team can be at the venue with an operations lead and operators.
