Circli, a finalist for Startup of the Year at the 2026 Sadosky Awards
The Mendoza-based events and communities platform competes in the Industry category of the awards presented by CESSI, which will be handed out on October 14 at the Buenos Aires Convention Center, as part of CESSI SummIT 2026.
MENDOZA, Argentina, October 9, 2026 — Circli, an Argentine events and communities platform based in Mendoza, has been selected as one of six startups shortlisted for the Startup of the Year award, in the Industry category of the 2026 Sadosky Awards (Premios Sadosky). The awards are presented by CESSI, the chamber of the Argentine software industry, and reach their 22nd edition this year. The winners will be announced on Wednesday, October 14, at the Buenos Aires Convention Center, during CESSI SummIT 2026.

CESSI issued Circli a digital credential that certifies the mention. It can be verified online, where CESSI appears as a verified issuer.
At events that use Circli, artificial intelligence suggests conversations based on each attendee’s interests and goals, and explains the reason behind every suggestion. Each person decides who to talk to. Attendees get in from their phone browser, with their email or Google account, without downloading any app. AI suggestions depend on each event’s plan.
“Being finalists at the Sadosky Awards is a recognition for the whole team and for every organizer who trusted Circli. We started with a simple idea: that at an event, the conversation that could change your year shouldn’t depend on chance,” the Circli team said.
From idea to pilot, and from pilot to platform
The idea was born in October 2025. In May 2026, Circli ran its pilot at scale as technology partner of Sitevinitech 2026, a trade fair its organizer reports at around 10,000 attendees and more than 100 exhibitors. Getting into Circli required no download. Between June and September, the team added communities so the conversation can continue after the event, its own phone notifications, sign-in with email or Google, and a free plan for any organizer in the country.
In August, Circli was the official technology partner of Mendoza Coopera 2026, the summit of the Government of Mendoza’s Directorate of Entrepreneurs and Cooperatives. According to platform data, the equivalent of 78% of checked-in people entered Circli, and 49% of the one-to-one conversations started on the platform came from an AI suggestion. In addition, 44% of all one-to-one conversations led to a concrete next step: people agreed to meet, swapped contact details or continued elsewhere.
Circli also supports the hackathons of the CuyoConnect software community, and on October 20 it will be the technology partner of Oficios Tech Day, at the Nave Cultural in Mendoza.
“We want an Argentine company to be a reference in the field of human connection. Being one of the six finalists for Startup of the Year tells us we are on the right track,” the company added.
