Sees your registrants, if you allow it

With the «Also see your registrants» permission, which comes unticked and needs your verified email, it reads names and emails to help you organize. It never sees anyone who declared being under 18.

• «Who is on the waitlist?»

Changes your event under your rules

With the «Edit your event» permission, which needs your verified email: talks and speakers, registration questions, opening or closing registration and the page texts and hours, under the same rules as the panel. It can also remove texts, such as FAQs or links. Delicate changes are shown to you first and need your yes.

Sets images from a link

The cover, the logo, a gallery photo or a speaker photo, from a link you give it. Circli keeps its own copy; removing images is done in the panel.

• «Put this photo on the speaker’s profile.»

Sends emails, with your yes

With the «Send emails on your behalf» permission, which comes unticked and needs your verified email. Before each send it shows you who gets which email and asks for your yes.

• Invite your speakers to complete their profile, and remind them.
• Tell your registrants that the venue, date or time changed.
• Approve someone from the waitlist (it also needs to see your registrants).
• Leave you invitations to register: they go out only when you review them and press «Send» in the panel.

The emails are Circli’s: the AI does not write the text.
